Very unusual. I am trying to visualise what the dress would have looked like.

Cataloguing

Dutch, in white, with chain stitch embroidered silks in red, sage green and mauve, all on a black wool tent sttich ground, 4 1/2 in or12 cm deep.

Very good. You will see that they have been removed from sleeves and that there are some beads missing from the vandykes.
