Beautifully designed flowers and colours. This would have originally been a bed hanging. Would look good mounted on a stretcher and framed or just as a hanging.

Cataloguing

embroidered in wools with various sized flower sprays in vases in shades of pink, blue, yellow, green all on a fine linen ground, 6 x 3 ft or 1.85 x 90 cm

Condition

There is rust mark to the very bottom edge of the piece. The piece could be slightly shortened top and bottom to remove this.
