Cataloguing
probably from a bedhanging, the red wool ground embroidered with yellow couched silk stems with flowerheads and leaves, the borders with other stylised plant heads 10 x 4 in or 26 x 10 cm.
Condition
The black silk has worn away but there are residual pieces adhering to the wool.
