A delightful small shoulder shawl.
the ivory silk damask centre woven with a small repeat flower stem motif, the borders with vine leaves and grape repeat pattern, two opposing sides in crimson and green, and two in lighter shades, all bordered with a blue flower and leaf repeat design, short silk fringe, 29 1/2 in/75 cm sq.
Very fresh looking shawl. Very good apart from one small light yellow stain to one corner 1/2 in/1 cm and a few very feint water stains to another. Ask for photos.
