Extremely rare. Wonderful design. This was clearly a skirt length and has a lovely piece of indigo plain twill woven worsted tape to the underside bottom hem. There is one other piece with almost the right hand side coming away. Ask for a photo.

Condition

As I am sure you will observe there is one big hole1 1/2 x 1 1/4 in or4 x 3 cm. Also couple of other small holes and areas of wear, all to the bottom of the piece.
