this one of a spray of roses and a small white and blue flower, in similar shades both on a natural finely ribbed silk ground, oval gilded frames, 16 x 13 1/2 in or 40 x 35 cm.

Very pretty. A very nice present for someone.

This and its pair, the carnations are £ 300.

Condition

Very good. The carnation spray has a little damage to the silk at the base of the spray, but hardly noticeable. A little dirty has got into both. Ideally they need to have their backs off and the little pieces removed and then sealed up. An easy job. The gilding has come off the frames in a few places, which you should be able to see from the photos.
