woman's, of rich buff colour, all hand stitched, a diagonal seam on the underside of the glove near the elbow, 21 in or 53 cm long; 3 3/4 in or9 cm width below thumb.

Comments

Love the way the thumb seaming has been worked. This looks very similar to one at Colonial Williamsburg. See p 117 What Clothes Reveal Baumgarten, Linda.

Condition

As you should be able to see from the photos there are some stains and grubbiness.
