Comments

Lovely colours and very nice quality weave. The pashmina centre is particularly fine.

Condition

End 1 has a 1/2 in or 2 cm split (which could easily be conserved) . On the opposite side of end 1 there is a 4 in or 10 cm mend, which could be improved upon. There is a little of the fringing missing on this end.

End 2 has a little of the fringing missing at each end.

The ivory centre was woven in three pieces and has three joins. All three joins have a little parting. The first join been a 2 inch repair by being resewn, which could be improved on. The second join has lost a few weft threads. The third join has 6 inch and 8 inch sewn repair, again which could be improved on. Ask for photos. There is a slight light brown mark at one end.
