Floaty and feminine - perfect for a summer day. Pretty print.
Condition
The general appearance is very good. The front bodice has a little damage to the opening, few tears but because the fabric is so flimsy it is difficult to see. A dart has come undone to the right hand side, but could easily be stitched back. Very very slight small discolouration under right hand sleeve, but this would not show when displayed. Two minor feint marks to one cuff and couple to other. Front waist seam has some damage. The skirt has a soft buckram type waistband and I feel that that has probably been altered. The front left hand side has a T shaped 1 3/4 in; 4 cm in both directions, tear which has been backed buy a much larger piece of muslin which could easily be improved upon. There is also a 1 in; 2.5 cm tear to the lower left hand hem. This could easily be sewn and look fairly unobtrusive. The back right has two other small holes which have a larger patch on the back to stabilise them. Again this could quite easily be done more sympathetically. The back lower hem has a nasty darn approx 1 1/2 x 1 in; One other small hole. We can do all the repairs for a small fee.
