The blouse can be sold seperately from the skirt, but they do look rather good together.
The round high neck of machine made ecru lace, edged with mauve silk ribbons and to the front of the blouse, large high puffed sleeves narrowing to similar lace and ribbon trim cuffs, the back opening with hooks and eyes.
