Comments

I love these little embroidered pictures which make delightful presents. We have stitched the embroidery to calico stretched it over acid free board and made a mount with watercolour lines to match. All it needs is a frame. A woman's magazine, almost certainly a monthly like Woman's Journal gave away free designs such as this printed onto linen, for the embroideress to work. Originally this would have been one of a pair, the other with a cat My thanks to Naomi Tarrant for this information.
