Cataloguing

length woven with silk cut and uncut pile velvet, the beige ground woven with two large baskets of flowers within foliate scrolls, further flowers scattered throughout, all in dark green and deep coral silks, touches of yellow, pattern repeat 31 in; 79 cm; fabric 23 in x 5ft ; 59 cm x 1.54 m (this includes a 1 in or 2 cm turn under at bottom edge.


Condition

Very good. Strong, ideal as a wallhanging or for upholstery.
