The skirt is Dutch. There is no pattern repeat, ie. it is huge.


Cataloguing

with huge pattern repeat of large flowers, fruits and leaves, the mid blue silk damask pleated to a linen tape waistband, with a central inverted pleat, both sides open, the back similarly pleated but the centre flat, lined with fine blue/grey striped cotton, the inside hem with blue linen tape, 6 panels, 21 in; 54 cm wide: pattern repeat 36 in; 90 cm: waistband 27 in;70 cm; length 37 in; 94 cm.

Mint, wonderful quality silk, crisp and lovely rustle.
