The three puffs are really unusual . I think this dress would have been worn by a girl with drawers.

of white cotton, the high front bodice embroidered with a narrow ruched row flanked by two embroidered bud and leaf rows trimmed with a knotted cord, front drawstring, the sides with robings, the tops with three small round embroidered buttons, the puffed sleeves with three small buttons holding down the continuation of the robing, three puffs edged with knotted cord, embroidered cuff, the back opening with drawstrings at neck and waist and two embroidered buttons, the skirt six wide pleats to the hem, high waistline width 12 in or 31 cm; length 28 in or 69 cm

Condition

One tiny stain to the hem, one small rip on the front of skirt, 1/2 in or 1cm in length. One small rip on the right hand sleeve, 1/2 in or 1cm in length.
