I love the way they have used the green lined selvedge as a decorative feature on the sides of the waistcoat.

and vetch type flower embroidered onto the lapels and front of this waistcoat, the cream silk satin ground woven with a linear design sprinkled with stylised flowers and zig zags, four simple silk covered buttons, fake buttonholes to the lapels,the sides with green stripes, lined and backed with cotton, shoulder to hem 19 1/2 in or 50 cm
Condition
Very good. The back of the waistcoat is split, presumably to allow for a larger girth!
