the edges embroidered with a band4 1/2 in or 12 cm deep of dense floss silk embroidered stylised and repeating flowers with five tassels to the straight top, the lower edge curved, 3 ft 4 in x 10 ft 8 in w or 100 x 3.25 m

Condition

I think this must have been ivory and it has been dyed. Ask for photos of the reverse where you can see that the embroidery is lighter and a bit patchy. Very good apart from the odd moth hole and three darns.
