Cataloguing

A deep waistband with seven covered buttons to the front, one for a pocket fastening, the central opening with two buttons on the waistband and two smaller below, the two lower buttons either side of the central opening to secure the fall front flap, a right hand slit pocket, the cuffs with four black embroidered buttonholes and two flaps, for a decorative buckle, the back with two buttons and two round eyelet holes, lined in glazed brown cotton and natural linen, waist 34 in; 86 cm. Top of waistband to hem   31 in; 80 cm.


Condition

The mordant in the black dye has resulted in slight patchy fading. There are a few light brown markings. A little wear to the left cuff area 3 cm long. It also looks like someone has ironed one  leg so there are a couple of slight shiny lines.  Ask for photos.
