Advertising & The Artist. Book to accompany the exhibition at The National Galleries of Scotland, Edinburgh 2003. One of the most successful advertising artists and designers working in Britain in the twentieth cetnury. Made his reputation at Crawfords, the progresive advertising agency in London, and as art director was responsible for innovative and stylish campaigns. In 1930s he also made a name for himself as a designer or rugs and fabrics and as an abstract painter. I discovered I have two such books so wishing to sell this one.
