Description

Gold ridged fabric caught round the head and tied at the front, the centre back with vertical gathering to give shape, a lower jewelled band with bright red, green, gold stones, pink bugle beads and little gold flowers.

Condition

I don't think the gold fabric is tarnished, just meant to be that colour.
