This example has a very small crown circle of very simple Hollie Point work with no decoration. with simple bobbin lace trim, the cap is very pleasing. The lace trim is more open and less dense than all the other pieces.

The crown gathered into a small 50mm circle of Hollie Point and joined to a double thickness band, a shaped front band gathered at the top and lower sides, both bands edged with very narrow hand made Valencienne bobbin lace.
A few stitches needed to sew the brim back to the cap and the second frill back to the under section. No damage, or deep marks. A few light brown markings
