Two Worms

Two Worms
Stuart period

c 1660.

Two worms, one embroidered in green and khaki wools in tent stitch,  the edges outlined with wool. The second in maroon, beige, brown and black stripes, also in wools and in tent stitch.

2 ½ in;  6 cm with ruler straight over the worms

Very good condition. These need to be sewn to a backing and would look sweet in a small frame.
