Cambrasine Linen

This charming dress length came from the area of Cambrai in Northern France. The linen has a lovely hand woven texture.
Cataloguing
The natural linen woven with three rows of four larger double headed flower sprays, alternating with three rows of smaller flower sparys, sprouting wool flowerheads on leafy stems, pink, indigo and beige wools.
28 x 22 in; 70 x 57 cm selvedge to selvedge.
Condition
Fresh and clean. A very few wool losses to each.
