Clever effective styling.
of dark blue silk crepe the wide border with a stylised Churchill in stooped striding position wearing a bow tie and smoking a cigar, two side selvedge, two small fringe, the corners with a smoking cigar and a large hat, 33 1/2 in or 85 cm square.
There are a couple of minute holes to the centre and another two near a border, plus a little area of wear near one of the heads.
