roundels from a woman's informal summer robe, each with central couched in gold wrapped silk, surrounded by bats to top and bottom, peonies and leaves, all in clear bright shades of pink, green, blue, yellow on an indigo silk gauze ground, 11 1/2 in; 29 cm dia.

Very attractive. The double joy symbol denotes married happiness. These would make a suitable wedding present.
