Delightful and unusual detailing. For a small girl.
The cotton spencer with a deep rounded collar with cording and drawn threadwork, the bodice front with horizontal pintucks and a veritcal piped and ruched band, flanked by two similar slanting bands, with large curving flaps edged with drawn threadwork to front and back over the sleeves, attached to a waistband, piped top and base, the long sleeves tightly gathered at the shoulders, piped, extending out and narrowing to the cuff, with a three rows of horizontal piping, drawn thread work edging, the back with three small mother of pearl buttons, the waistband with brass hooks and eyes.
Excellent. One hook missing from the waistband.
