Nice to have a coloured cotton.
the nine hoops encased in a brown and red/white printed cotton, frilled cotton to the front, hand sewn, 32 in; 80 cm long
Tie at waist original but one side has been re stitched. Small tear to very top back above the first hoop. Half way down on the inner side a hoop has torn the cotton and is popping through. A little grubby. Could do with a good wash!
