Embroidered in tent stitch with a variety of fruits including pomegranates, grapes, lemons and pears together with pinks (carnations), roses and blue and white flowers, using blue, green, yellow, terracotta wools, the flowers centres in raised work to give a three dimensional effect, some highlights with ivory silk, now backed with linen ready to hang. 4 x 5ft 5 in/10 x 1.64 m.

This would look marvellous either verically or horizontally hung. I bought two similar and have kept one myself! Make a great C........ present for a lover of English embroidery.
