Early 19th c

or leggings.

of white glazed cotton edged with beige silk tape, to the foot opening, heel opening and up the back of the leg and round the top, hand embroidered beige eyelet holes opening to a chamois inset, beige embroidery, only one ivory tape lace with metal end, 2 ft; 60 cm long; top 14 in or 36 cm;

Remarkably good.  A little grubby and a few minor small marks but the glaze is still on the cotton, so they can't have been worn much. They feel crisp.
