The large star like design is shaded blue on a natural cotton ground, padded and lined with natiural cotton, the lower section of a finer articfical? fabric.

Very good. The face fabric is very slightly grubby, particularly on one shoulder, and the lining a little more so. One underarm seam 2 in; 5 cm is coming undone but a few stitches would rectify this.
